Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires expertise in diagnosing and repairing various automotive systems, including powertrain and electrical systems, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Duties
- 5+ years of automotive technician experience (Porsche, European, or luxury brand preferred)
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and installations.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Porsche vehicles according to factory standards
- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and vehicle updates
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Communicate clearly with service advisor and customers regarding required repairs and timelines
- Keep accurate records of all work completed
- Preferred:
- Porsche Bronze, Silver, or Gold Certification
- Previous experience working in a Porsche dealership or Porsche Independent Repair Facility
- Strong understanding of high-performance vehicle systems
Skills
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role, preferably with dealership experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems, including powertrain, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems.
- Proficiency in automotive diagnostics using specialized tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform alignments and other precision adjustments effectively.
- Welding skills are advantageous for certain repair tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
- High attention to detail and quality workmanship
- ASE Certification or Porsche Certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
