We're a growing remodeling company in Myrtle Beach looking for a highly skilled Lead Remodeler to join our team. You'll work alongside our crew on kitchen and bathroom remodels, but we need someone who brings the knowledge and hands-on expertise to drive the work forward. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work as a key team member on full kitchen and bathroom remodels from demo to final finish
- Install tile, cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, vanities, and trim work
- Perform framing, drywall, and basic rough-in as needed
- Help guide the flow of work on the job site alongside ownership and crew
- Manage materials and communicate supply needs ahead of time
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Represent the company professionally in client homes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on remodeling experience — kitchens and bathrooms specifically
- Deep knowledge across multiple trades: tile, carpentry, cabinetry, drywall, and finish work
- Basic plumbing and electrical rough-in knowledge is a strong plus
- Someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and a team player
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
30 Minute paid lunch break
40 hours per week, consistent schedule
Compensation
$22 - $28 per/hr based on experience
