Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Representative to sell professional websites and digital marketing services to local and small businesses. Most small businesses still don't have a website, or are stuck with an outdated one, and we make it affordable and easy for them to fix that. In this role, you'll reach business owners by phone, show them a website we've already built specifically for their business, and help them get online. This is a 100% commission, work-from-home opportunity with uncapped earning potential, perfect for a confident closer who thrives on the phone and loves turning conversations into sales.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to local businesses to introduce our website and digital marketing services
- Present live demos of a website custom-built for each prospect's business
- Guide interested prospects through signing up and getting started
- Follow up with leads and manage your own pipeline using the tools we provide
- Recommend additional services (SEO, extra pages, and more) that fit each client's needs
- Work consistently toward weekly and monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone presence and genuine people skills; you're comfortable striking up conversations with strangers
- Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach; you don't take "no" personally
- Self-motivated and disciplined; you manage your own time and stay productive without someone looking over your shoulder
- Basic computer skills (email, web, simple software)
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
- Sales experience (B2B, phone sales, or web/digital services) is a strong plus, but not required, we provide full training, proven scripts, and ready-built demo websites, so drive and coachability matter most
Compensation & Schedule
- 100% commission (1099 independent contractor) with uncapped earning potential
- Earn $375 to $500 per website sold on average, with the potential to earn $2,500 or more per sale on larger packages
- Your income is based entirely on your sales and effort; this is not a salaried position
- Flexible schedule: work part-time or full-time, anywhere from 5 to 40 hours per week
- 100% remote, work from anywhere
