We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in both customer service and warehouse operations.
Schedule: Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with orders, questions, and shipping updates
- Coordinate shipments and help resolve delivery issues
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and other issues
- Work with warehouse and customer service teams
- Pick and pack urgent orders when needed
- Assist with warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain accurate shipping and order information
- Take ownership of problems and find solutions independently
Requirements
- Customer service, shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to lift and move items as needed
- Comfortable using computers and learning company systems
This is not a strictly office-based position. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to jump in wherever needed to support our customers and operations.
