Preschool Teacher, Part-Time Early Learning Ministry, Half-day, School Year
Fall 2026 – SPRING 2027
St. Andrew Lutheran Church Early Learning Ministry is seeking a nurturing and energetic educator to teach in our faith-based program. We are NAEYC Accredited and 4 Star MN Parent Award rated. This position is for our half-day preschool program for the 2026-2027 school year!!

Responsibilities, Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must meet MNDHS Rule 9503 teacher qualifications
· Must qualify as a teacher by MN licensing, Rule 3 for Child Care Centers
· Minimum 21 years of age
· Adult and Child CPR, First Aid and AED Certifications within 90 days of hire
· Must pass a MN licensing issued background study
· Ability to plan, organize, and implement program and classroom activities
· Excellent skills in teaching, communications, and human relations
· Demonstrated love, respect, and nurturing presence for children
· A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field with classroom teaching experience is preferred.

Mon - Tues - Wed - Thurs 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM
Hourly Salary:
$20 to $23 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
