The Associate Director of Strategic Operations is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the organization’s commercial operations. This role focuses on strategic, financial, and capacity planning, operational efficiency, and driving the organization’s profitability through various KPIs. The Associate Director will report weekly to the VP of Operations and own the development, maintenance, and tracking of key strategic initiatives. This position involves managing budgets, resource allocation, process improvements, and ensuring the growth of programs while maximizing output and minimizing costs.
Responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the organization’s commercial operations, focusing on strategic/financial planning and operational efficiency.
Drive the organization’s profitability through various KPI’s and report weekly to the management team. Also, own development, maintenance, and tracking of key strategic initiatives.
Own the functional components of commercial operations business planning including budgets and resource allocation across teams and projects.
Devise strategies to ensure the growth of programs, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs and/or compliance improvements.
Develop and execute strategic sales operations review process to achieve revenue targets.
Design, Develop, and Track appropriate measurement, analysis, and evaluation methods for capturing customer satisfaction.
Establish, maintain, and govern all operational processes, standards, procedures, and practices involving daily operations and targeted process improvements.
10 years+ of relevant experience, 5+ years in healthcare industry.
Prior experience in developing kpi’s and operational processes, standards and procedures.
Ability to streamline and implement new processes that create speed, and efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
Prior experience with budget and statement of work development
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, biology, engineering, or relevant field. MBA preferred.
Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office.
Travel up to 25%.
