III Telecom Solutions is seeking a Wireless Sales Agent in Temecula to drive engagement by presenting AT&T’s latest smartphones and mobile solutions. As part of our sales and development team, the Wireless Sales Agent will connect with our customers in person to showcase how AT&T’s mobile solutions can elevate their wireless experience.
As a Wireless Sales Agent, you are the calm presence that turns a skeptical lead into a confident AT&T customer. The Wireless Sales Agent will then meet with our customers in person, introducing them to mobile solutions ranging from budget-friendly starter devices to flagship smartphones, featuring all the features they have been curious about.
Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Agent
- Represent AT&T by personally introducing customers to wireless plans, smartphones, and mobile solutions designed for modern connectivity needs.
- Assess customer usage habits in person and recommend AT&T wireless services that provide flexibility, convenience, and long-term value.
- Support customer acquisition and sales efforts by creating awareness of AT&T mobile offerings and available promotional opportunities.
- Guide customers through smartphone and wireless plan selections using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
- Build trust through meaningful sales interactions that emphasize personalized recommendations and service satisfaction.
- Stay informed on AT&T device launches, plan enhancements, and wireless promotions to provide accurate information.
Qualifications of the Wireless Sales Agent
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Clear sales communication skills to explain AT&T’s plans in everyday scenarios.
- Commitment to achieving AT&T wireless sales benchmarks in person.
- Strong organizational skills for managing contracts, compliance, and sales records.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
