We are seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as an AT&T Wireless Team Member. As a part of our team, you will represent AT&T products and services while engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face environment. You will help customers explore available service options, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs.
The AT&T Wireless Team Member position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building communication skills, and gaining experience in sales and customer service. No previous sales experience is required as we provide training to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
AT&T Wireless Team Member Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to discuss AT&T products, services, and available promotions.
- Learn about customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their communication preferences and budget.
- Explain product features, pricing, and service options in a clear and professional manner.
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process.
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about current AT&T products, services, and offerings.
AT&T Wireless Team Member Qualifications
- Customer-facing experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for candidates with the right attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to create positive customer experiences.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
