Inside Home Care Sales Representative — PHONE ROCK STARS ONLY
Miracle Makers Home Care is hiring experienced Inside Home Care Sales Professionals — and we are looking for ROCK STARS on the phones.
This is 100% INSIDE SALES. PHONES ONLY. NO OUTSIDE MARKETING. NO DRIVING AROUND. NO FACILITY VISITS.
If you are not comfortable picking up the phone, making call after call, following up relentlessly, asking for the business, and closing — this is not the position for you.
YOU MUST BE VERY GOOD ON THE PHONES.
We want confident, competitive, energetic salespeople who know how to take a lead, create a relationship, overcome objections, follow up, and TURN CONVERSATIONS INTO CLIENTS.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls every day
- Immediately respond to inbound leads and phone inquiries
- Follow up with new form submissions
- Work and reactivate older leads
- Call prospective clients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Build professional referral relationships entirely by phone
- Educate prospects about Miracle Makers Home Care and our services
- Follow up relentlessly — great leads should never be forgotten
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for the business
- Maintain and work an organized sales pipeline
- Track calls, leads, follow-ups, referrals, and conversions
- Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals
- CLOSE. CLOSE. CLOSE.
Who We're Looking For
ROCK STARS ONLY.
We want someone who:
- Has proven home care, healthcare, inside sales, or telephone sales experience
- Has a powerful and confident phone presence
- Isn't afraid of making a high volume of calls
- Knows how to connect with people quickly
- Can turn a cold or lukewarm lead into a real conversation
- Understands that most sales happen because of great follow-up
- Is comfortable handling objections
- Is comfortable asking directly for the business
- Is competitive and motivated by hitting numbers
- Wants to earn more by producing more
- Doesn't need someone constantly reminding them to follow up
- LOVES TO SELL
This Is NOT an Outside Marketing Job
There are no facility visits, no driving from location to location, no community canvassing, and no outside sales activity.
