At Xavier Artisan, this role is about more than just making coffee—it’s about creating an elevated guest experience. As part of our café team, you’ll craft high-quality beverages, assist with light food preparation, and deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. You’ll work with premium ingredients and state-of-the-art European equipment while helping maintain the standard of excellence our guests expect.
Tuesday, Thursday and every other Saturday availability required
Key Responsibilities:

Create a welcoming, high-end guest experience from the moment guests walk in

Prepare and serve espresso and specialty beverages with consistency and quality

Assist with light food prep and presentation

Accurately handle POS transactions (cash and card)

Maintain a clean, organized, and polished workspace

Restock pastries, retail items, and café supplies as needed

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience

Be available for 4–8 hour shifts (Saturday hours returning mid-spring)
