North Star Solutions is currently hiring full-time AT&T Sales & Customer Service Representatives to support our growing telecommunications campaigns in the Pocono Lake area. This is an in-person, face-to-face sales position focused on customer acquisition, account support, and promoting AT&T wireless and entertainment services inside retail locations and event-based environments.
At North Star Solutions, we specialize in direct marketing and sales strategies for nationally recognized telecommunications brands. Our team works directly with customers to educate them on available services, assist with account solutions, and help drive new customer enrollments.
Employment Details

- Weekly base pay plus performance-based commission and bonuses
- Compensation includes guaranteed base pay with additional uncapped earning potential based on sales performance
- Local travel between retail locations or campaign events may be required

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in retail and event-based environments
- Educate customers on AT&T products, wireless plans, internet services, and promotions
- Recommend products and service solutions based on customer needs
- Assist customers with activations, upgrades, account changes, and general service inquiries
- Meet individual and team sales goals through face-to-face customer interactions
- Maintain accurate customer account documentation and transactions
- Stay informed on current promotions, technology trends, and product launches
- Work closely with team members and management to support campaign performance and customer experience initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-focused, customer-facing environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
