Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Monitor food supplies and communicate ordering needs
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Skills:
- Cooking experience in casual dining, quick service or catering settings
- Familiarity with knife skills and food handling techniques
- food safety certifications are a plus
