Montgomeryville Cycle Center is looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join the team as a Sales Consultant.
As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our dealership. Helping everyone from newcomers in powersports to experienced enthusiasts. Every conversation you have is a chance to build a relationship, and every relationship is a chance to make a big impact - customers can spend an average of $250,000 with us over time! Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships, with new deliveries coming your way every couple of years. Whether you’re meeting customers in-store, over the phone, or online (yes, including social media!), we’re excited to see how you’ll contribute to our success!

Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients and customers in both English and Spanish, providing information, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment where diversity is valued.
- Enhancing the ability to serve a wider range of individuals, expanding reach and impact.
- Sell & Engage: From greeting customers to closing the deal, you’ll lead the entire sales process with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Keep Things Looking Great: Help keep our showroom in top shape—cleaning, organizing, and tagging units, and making sure everything’s looking its best!
- Connect with Customers: Be ready to jump in and greet every customer quickly and warmly, whether they’re stopping by in person, calling in, or reaching out online.
- Log Your Interactions: Every customer engagement should be logged so we can track progress and make sure we’re always improving.
- Teamwork: You’ll be working closely with your team, sharing ideas, communicating regularly with management, and helping each other succeed.
- Closing: At the end of each day, make sure our showroom is ready for the next day’s customers.
- Training: Stay up to date with all our training so you can keep growing and mastering new skills.
- Social Media Involvement: You’ll be an active part of our social media efforts, helping to engage with customers, share promotions, and build our brand online.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Friendly, Outgoing Personality: You’ll be interacting with a lot of different people, so we need someone who’s positive, approachable, and loves connecting with others!
- Willingness to Learn: We’re looking for individuals who are excited to grow, develop new skills, and learn about our products and the powersports industry.
- Social Media Savvy: Be ready to actively engage with customers and share promotions and updates on our social media platforms.
- License: A valid driver’s license is a must!
