American Traveler seeks a Surgical Technologist/First Assist for a CVOR position supporting open heart surgery cases at a hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Hospital setting within the Open Heart Surgery department

Functions as First Assist / CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist

Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
-
13-week contract assignment

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in the CVOR/First Assist specialty

Active driver's license required for consideration

US Social Security Number required (Canadian SIN not accepted)

License required if applicable

All certifications must remain valid for at least 30 days beyond the start date

Support open heart surgery cases in the role of First Assist and CVOR Surgical Technologist

Candidates must not have gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

RTO requests must be less than 1 week

Traveler must not have worked as permanent staff at this health system within the past 2 years

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered for this travel position
