Job Overview
The Shop Clubs Dallas is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to become part of our team to help to make The Shop the premier car and motorcycle facility in the DFW area.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with strong communication and organization skills who is passionate about the car and motorcycle lifestyle. This person will report to the Front Desk Manager and work cross-functionally with other Shop team members.
Job Responsibilities
● Build successful relationships and maintain rapport with our existing, and new members.
● Anticipate Member needs and do everything you can to meet or exceed them
● Create and maintain membership and sales activity reports using Mindbody
● Answer inquiries about the company and conduct tours of our facility to help grow potential new memberships
● Drive Membership engagement in lifestyle Shop events
● Facilitate and manage Shop club events
● Special Projects assigned to help Shop team members
● Answer phones, route calls/emails and tasks to specific team members
● Book facility reservations
● Responsible for maintaining members accounts balances for services and/or merchandise
● Maintain a clean and well stocked front desk while also keeping the member areas presentable
● Process membership applications and information
● Always have an energetic attitude towards members and customers
● Self-starter: seek out opportunities for more responsibility to grow your role
**Full-time role - Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday**
Job Qualifications
● Ability to work in a team-oriented environment servicing a private membership club
● Positive, take-charge attitude with the ability to take ownership and accountability
● Excellent organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail
● Customer relationship building attitude
● Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
● Car/motorcycle and industry background is a strong plus
● Must be proficient with Google products, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
● Plus if you have experience with MindBody
● Plus if you have photography/videography and editing experience
