Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: $22–$27 per hour, depending on experience
At Calaway Dental, we’re looking for a dependable, long-term Treatment Coordinator to join our friendly and professional team. If you have at least 2 years of dental front office experience and are proficient in Dentrix, we’d love to meet you. You’ll be the welcoming face of our office and play a key role in creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet, check in, and check out patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
Verify insurance benefits and enter into Dentrix
Maintain a productive hygiene schedule
Present and review treatment plans with patients
Insurance claims submission and follow-up
Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving
Manage time effectively, are a self-starter and take initiative
Requirements:
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (required)
Proficiency with Dentrix software (required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
