The Operations Flex Associate is the “Swiss Army knife” of the warehouse team, providing flexible support across receiving, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, kitting, and special projects to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. This role is responsible for moving between departments based on daily business needs, helping eliminate bottlenecks, maintaining workflow efficiency, and supporting successful project completion. Successful Operations Flex Associates are dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn new processes quickly, and take pride in helping the operation meet customer commitments while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Schedule is Mon-Friday 8 am-2 pm.
What You'll Do:
- Support kitting and assembly of products according to work instructions
- Pick items for customer orders using an iPad or handheld device
- Assist the inventory team with cycle counts, replenishments, and other general inventory tasks.
- Assist with Bulu North Warehouse Manager with other fulfillment related tasks such as labeling and sorting orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Perform other duties as assigned across operations team
We're Looking For:
- A solid, reliable work history — consistency and dependability matter most
- A great attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
- High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Previous experience in kitting, warehouse, fulfillment, or assembly is a plus, but not required
Pay: $16.00 per hour
