Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time and PER DIEM Security Guards to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. The candidate would be the first call if coverage was needed for call outs, sick days and vacations. Shifts available starting 8/30/2026.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment including CCTV cameras
- Enforce property regulations and guidelines
- Respond to alarms and security incidents in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to customers and employees when needed
- Complete detailed reports on any security-related incidents
-Helping to keep the exterior of the building free and clear of trash blowing around
-Helping to keep up curb appeal by watering flowers in the front of the building
-Removing trash from trash rooms during each shift and bringing the trash to the dumpster
-Helping the Maintenance Director and other executive team with small tasks around the building.
-Properly maintaining a daily shift log to ensure a safe and secure timeline within the building.
-Ability to lift 50lbs
-Willing to work with all department heads
-Possess exceptional customer service with both Management and Residents
Experience
- Prior experience in loss prevention or security is helpful but not required
- Knowledge of surveillance techniques and procedures is helpful but not required
- Strong conflict management skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
