This is the job for the person who would rather be outside, on the ladder, walking the work, and making sure every shingle, every flashing, and every cleanup is done right before our customers ever see it. Our Site Superintendents are the face of Ace Roofing on the job, and we pay, train, and equip them like it.

What You Get
- Pay: $22 to $28 per hour, DOE. Hourly with overtime.

What You Will Do
- Run the job site. 100% on-site supervision of subcontract roofing crews from start to finish.
- Own safety. Enforce fall protection, PPE, and our company safety program every single day.
- Document the work. Daily logs with photos: site conditions, safety, progress, and customer-facing quality checklists.
- Talk to the Project Manager. Keep them in the loop on progress, materials, safety, and cleanliness.
- Move materials. To the job, around the job, and off the job, including loads up to 70 lbs.
- Leave it cleaner than you found it. Every job, every day.
- This is a temporary position that will last approximately through October 1st with the potential to turn into a permanent position.
Who We Are Looking For
- Reliable, hard-working, and not afraid of a long day or a steep roof.
- Organized enough to keep multiple jobs documented at the same time.
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs and willing to enforce fall protection on yourself and everyone else on the site.
- Familiar with construction materials, operating heavy equipment like forklifts, and towing trailers. We will train the gaps.
- Has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Lives by professionalism, integrity, and respect. This is a non-negotiable.
Where You Will Work
Bozeman, MT and the surrounding area. You will report daily to our Bozeman office at 10 Shawnee Way, Bozeman MT 59715. This is an in-person role and candidates must be able to reliably commute to our operations office at 10 Shawnee Way, Bozeman MT 59715 on a daily basis.
