✅Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
✅12-hour Shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
✅Weekend Requirement: Every weekend or Every other weekend availability
✅Facility Location: Louisa, VA

LPN Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Virginia
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Requirements to Apply
- One valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License, Passport, Permanent Resident Card, or work eligibility ID)
- Social Security card
- Two professional reference letters or references we may contact
- BLS/CPR certification
- PPD or QuantiFERON test results
