Senior Mechanical Engineer – HVAC Design, Central Plants & Building Infrastructure
We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong commercial HVAC design and building systems experience to support large-scale facility modernization, energy conservation, and mechanical infrastructure projects.
This role is ideal for a mechanical engineer who enjoys working on complex HVAC systems, central utility plants, and practical engineering solutions that improve building performance, reliability, comfort, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will:
- Design and evaluate HVAC systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, industrial, and large campus facilities.
- Support mechanical infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.
- Develop solutions for central utility plants, boilers, chillers, air handling systems, pumps, ventilation, and related systems.
- Support energy conservation projects and facility improvement initiatives.
- Review existing conditions and develop technical scopes of work.
- Collaborate with energy engineers, electrical engineers, commissioning professionals, contractors, and clients.
- Provide engineering support during project development, design, and implementation.
- Help identify cost-effective mechanical solutions that improve long-term building performance.
