By joining our Office of Legal Services as a Staff Attorney III in Franklin County, you’ll have the opportunity to Perform specialized legal services relating to one or more specific areas of the law including but not limited to Administrative Regulations, Property Damage, Open Records and Administrative Hearings.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Represent KYTC in Administrative or Civil Actions
- Provide legal advice to staff within KYTC on Regulations, property damage, open records
- Oversee case management of cases assigned to employee
