Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Available Shifts: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. We currently have openings on our 3:00 PM-11:00 PM evening shift and 11:00 PM-7:00 AM night shift.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents while working alongside Registered Nurses (RNs), therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive, resident-centered environment focused on rehabilitation and long-term care.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.

Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.

Monitor resident response to medications and treatments.

Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate electronic nursing documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Educate residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions.

Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate concerns appropriately.

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.

Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and quality improvement initiatives.

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.

Current CPR/BLS certification.

Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.

Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
