Present and sell F&I products using a clear, compliant, value-driven approach
Maximize per-vehicle retail (PVR) while maintaining customer trust
Ensure 100% compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
Structure and submit deals efficiently with lenders and OEM programs
Collaborate with Sales Management to improve deal flow and approvals
Coach sales staff on proper handoffs and expectation-setting
Maintain accurate documentation and funding timelines
Prior experience as an Automotive F&I Manager
Strong knowledge of lender programs, menus, and compliance standards
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational habits
Confident, professional communicator
Self-motivated, accountable, and performance-driven
