A DAY IN THE ROLE…
- Welcome customers and guide them through a personalized fragrance discovery experience
- Recommend products based on scent preferences, lifestyle, and use occasions
- Lead the sales process from initial engagement through transaction
- Contribute to overall sales through thoughtful recommendations and product pairing
- Maintain a clean, organized store that is always ready for customers
- Uphold store standards and service expectations throughout your shift
KEYHOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain accountability for store operations during assigned shifts
- Ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to store policies
- Support a secure and well-organized store environment
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
YOU’LL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE…
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities during assigned shifts
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Interest in fragrance, scent profiles, or product knowledge development
SCHEDULING & AVAILABILITY
This position follows a predictable weekly schedule with consistent recurring shifts. Additional weekday hours may be assigned based on business needs. Applicants should be able to provide reliable availability and maintain a consistent schedule.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
