About DPM PowerPro
DPM PowerPro LLC is a growing supplier of heavy-duty diesel engine and aftermarket parts serving customers across North America. We are expanding our sales team and seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to support business growth in the heavy-duty truck and diesel engine market.
Compensation
Base salary: $50,000–$70,000 per year (depending on experience)
Performance-based bonus program
Uncapped earning potential
Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B customers in the heavy-duty truck and diesel engine aftermarket industry
- Manage and grow existing fleet, repair shop, and distributor accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Conduct customer visits and represent the company at trade shows when required
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to management
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience required (heavy-duty truck parts, diesel engine parts, or automotive aftermarket strongly preferred)
- Existing industry relationships is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
- Willingness to travel for business development
- Valid driver’s license required
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Experience:
