Job description:
RBT must
- Implement treatments plans and interventions established by behavior analyst
- provide behavior interventions with children and adolescents using a variety of applied behavior analysis techniques in the home, community, and/or school;
- manage and handle patients with behavioral problems;
- develop and initiate safety standards for patients at all times; monitor,
- record and document observations of patient behavior;
- modify daily activities of patients appropriate for behavioral interventions;
- instruct and counsel children and adolescents on positive behavior aspects;
- maintain and manage clean and safe environment for patients;
- develop and initiate appropriate recreational activities for patients; and recognize and report any abuse.
Registered Behavior Technician:
- Must pass criminal background check
Reliable means of transportation with proof of car insurance
Experience working with children/adolescentsAt least 1 year working in the field of ABA
