Job Description
We’re seeking a Supervisory Registered Nurse to join our homecare team. The RN will ensure high-quality services for clients in their homes and provide clinical supervision to home health aides.
Responsibilities
Conduct bi- weekly in-home supervisory visits to clients receiving personal care or skilled nursing services.
Provide clinical oversight, coaching, and evaluation of home health aides.
Ensure compliance with all agency policies and state homecare regulations.
Communicate regularly with the agency, caregivers, clients, and families to maintain consistent quality of care.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
Home care / home health experience preferred
CPR or BLS certification
Current TB test results
Background check
Minimum one year of nursing experience (homecare or supervisory experience preferred).
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes.
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor.
$350 weekly pay
