We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, understand tires and automotive maintenance, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to meet you.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and ready to become a long-term member of our team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and recommend the appropriate repairs and maintenance
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
- Schedule appointments and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Recommend tires and automotive services based on customer needs
- Work closely with technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Tire knowledge is highly preferred
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively in either Portuguese or Spanish
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
