WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Understand customer water needs and recommend solutions
- Support service and maintenance needs
- Build relationships through trust and follow-up
- Stay organized with systems, notes, and communication
- Represent the company with professionalism and heart
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong customer service mindset; you care about people
- Basic mechanical or plumbing understanding
- Tech-savvy and willing to learn
- Good driving record
- Ability to maneuver in all sizes and spaces
- Self-motivated and works well independently
- Team player with clear, clean communication
