What You’ll Do

Lead all financial operations across dealership(s), including:

Monthly financial statement preparation and analysis

Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Oversight of accounting office processes and team development

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls are maintained at the highest level

Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and operational performance

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices

Hold the team accountable to high standards while developing and mentoring staff
