Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager to oversee onsite environmental operations and manage the InSite team at a customer facility in Brunswick, OH . In this role, you will coordinate all Clean Harbors activities at the site, provide Health and Safety oversight for onsite staff, and manage the customer’s air, water, and hazardous waste programs from cradle to grave. You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery while building strong relationships with customer stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in operations and compliance.

Starting Pay Range- $65,000 to $89,000 DOE

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
5+ years of experience in operations management, environmental services, or a related field.
Required training/certifications:
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and customer contacts.
Broad knowledge of managerial skills, selling skills, and equipment operations.
Basic math skills and basic safety training skills.
Demonstrated management/leadership experience , including supervising teams and driving performance.
Experience working with profit and loss (P&L) statements and providing accurate, timely analysis and data to upper management.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
