As a Farmers Market Organizer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our bakery’s success at farmers markets. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting bakers with packaging and organizing inventory: This includes lifting up to 50lbs of equipment and products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Slicing bread, labeling and organizing products for each market: Ensuring quality throughout all products.
- Loading and organizing company vehicles with product.
- Communicating openly with the team: Share updates, feedback, and any challenges to ensure smooth operations
- Keeping track of packaging inventory: Specialty bags, labels needed, stamps
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen position or a related field.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace effectively.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order and self-sufficient working attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team.
