Job Summary
We are seeking a charismatic Marketing Director to oversee our marketing and admissions program. In this role, you will interact with community leaders, prospective residents and their family members. You will promote the values of our community and help potential residents and their loved ones navigate the assited living admissions process.
Responsibilities
- Go into the greater community to foster relationships with potential referral partners
- Give tours to community members, prospective residents, and their loved ones.
- Help answer any questions that my arise from potential move ins regarding our community.
- Help families navigate the assisted living admissions process and assist them with any necessary paperwork or applications.
Requirements
-Experience in an assisted living or healthcare environment.
-Experience in marketing
-Proficiency with computers.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
