Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Expo/Food Runner to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Deliver prepared dishes from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing when needed to support kitchen staff.
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff about order status, special requests, or dietary needs.
- Support food safety protocols by handling dishes carefully and maintaining cleanliness during service.
- Help with basic food handling duties, including bussing and organizing service stations.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and proper sanitation practices.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate smoothly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
