Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop/Implement monthly lesson plans that are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to build strong relationships.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Adhere to all center policies, safety regulations, and state licensing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching or childcare is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
