- experience in team leadership. Have you been a keyholder? Did you leave your last position in good standing? Please have examples of your leadership of others?
- experience working in a high inventory environment. We have over 13,000 skus and maintaining inventory, facing shelves, reworking POGs, recovering the store each day and night are mandatory tasks. What experience do you have that shows your willingness and ability to handle this requirement?
- pets and animals are very important to us, but people are even more important. proof of your kindness to others is a requirement to work here.
- as an ASTL, your responsibility is to support the STL and lead the team to reach our goals. Please provide examples of how you have supported management obectives.
- lastly, we work hard. Its fun and it takes a team but you have to be up for the challenge. This isn't job where you show up and collect a paycheck.
