We are currently seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our growing team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating asphalt milling equipment is required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and good attendance.
- Ability to work overtime when necessary.
- Some Saturdays are required. Saturday work is mandatory when scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Operate milling machines and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper milling speed, depth, and alignment according to project specifications.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete projects safely and on schedule.
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
