What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a strong presence in the kitchen and on the line
- Ensure all recipes are followed with consistency, accuracy, and pride
- Maintain high cooking standards, proper pacing, and smooth service flow
- Support and oversee catering operations, including prep, packing, execution, and guest communication
- Deliver outstanding guest service—warm, attentive, and aligned with the Mojo’s Tacos experience
- Train, coach, and motivate team members in both kitchen and front‑of‑house roles
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor management
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment where people enjoy coming to work
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong kitchen experience — cooking skills, recipe execution, and the ability to move with urgency
- A leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump on the line
- Someone who values great guest service and can coach others to deliver it
- Experience with catering operations or a willingness to learn quickly
- A problem‑solver with a “let’s figure it out” mindset
- A growth‑minded individual excited about opportunities as our company expands
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
