We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Route Driver to join our team. This isn’t just a "driving" job—it’s a hands-on role where you will be the face of our company on the road. You’ll be responsible for navigating an efficient daily route, performing manual labor at various stops. Core Responsibilities
- Route Management: Safely operate a company vehicle to complete a daily schedule of pickups, (16ft Box Trucks)
- Heavy Lifting & Labor: Load materials . This role requires significant physical activity at each stop.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Keep the vehicle clean and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs pickups.
Requirements & Skills
- Driving Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Navigation Skills: Ability to use GPS and follow optimized routes while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Reliability: Be at work on time and ready to go.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to coordinate with management.
- 8-13 hour days are normal in the beginning.

Success in This Role
Paid training. Most drivers take a month or 2 to get the routine of the routes down. In till then it will be little difficult at first but the payoff is worth it.
To succeed here, you need to be a "self-starter." Once you leave the yard, you are the manager of your own truck. We trust our drivers to represent the brand with integrity and hustle.
Pay: From $26.50 per hour
