Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management. This position requires a deep understanding of the sales process, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans that align with our business objectives.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
- Identify new business development opportunities through market research and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities that lead to successful deal closures.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage clients effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support sales initiatives.
- Mandarin (preferred)
