Landscape Design & Estimating Manager
Signature Outdoor Solutions is seeking a full-time Landscape Design & Estimating Manager to lead the design, estimating, and proposal process for landscape, hardscape, and enhancement projects throughout Northern Kentucky and Ohio.
This position serves as the bridge between Sales and Production, ensuring projects are designed correctly, estimated accurately, and handed off seamlessly for execution.
Responsibilities
- Create professional landscape and hardscape designs using company-approved software.
- Develop accurate estimates and proposals for landscape construction, enhancements, and maintenance projects.
- Conduct site visits, customer consultations, and design presentations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure successful project planning and execution.
- Maintain pricing databases, estimating templates, and project documentation.
- Support project profitability through accurate estimating and efficient design solutions.
- Assist with project handoffs and provide production teams with complete project information.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of landscape design, estimating, or related industry experience.
- Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape products, and landscape construction practices.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience with CAD, Structure Studios, Dynascape, Aspire or similar software preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
