Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Truck Driver to safely transport and deliver materials to project sites while supporting our Installation Team. This role includes loading, unloading, and delivering custom millwork and building materials, maintaining an organized truck, and ensuring products arrive safely and on time.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Safely load, transport, and unload materials and products.
- Deliver materials to project sites and assist the Installation Team with deliveries.
- Verify deliveries for accuracy and report any discrepancies.
- Secure loads to prevent damage during transport.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe truck and work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and traffic regulations.
- Complete required delivery documentation and time tracking.
- Work flexible hours as needed to meet delivery schedules.
Products Delivered Include
- Custom cabinetry and casework
- Countertops (laminate, wood, and solid surface)
- Mouldings and trim
- Solid wood components
- Custom millwork, including desks, benches, banquettes, and face frames
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent work experience).
- Valid driver's license required.
- CDL preferred; required for higher-level driver positions.
- At least 1 year of CDL driving experience required for Truck Driver IV.
- Experience in woodworking, manufacturing, construction, or finish carpentry preferred.
- Safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to lift, load, and unload materials.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable attendance and reliability.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately complete delivery paperwork.
