Looking for a hospitality career where you can lead a team, create memorable guest experiences, and still enjoy the charm of Fayetteville without being in the middle of the downtown rush? Stonebreaker Hotel is looking for passionate Food & Beverage leaders to join our growing team.
Located just six blocks from the University of Arkansas campus, Stonebreaker Hotel offers the perfect balance — close to the energy of campus life while tucked away from the congestion and noise of the busy downtown entertainment district. Our setting creates a more elevated and intentional guest experience, and we are building a Food & Beverage team that reflects that same atmosphere.
We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead all sales and business development efforts for the Stonebreaker Hotel in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive new business through proactive sales efforts and local market outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, university-related, and local accounts
- Identify new revenue opportunities and grow existing business
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to align sales efforts with overall property performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas market and a proactive outside-sales mindset
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Independent hotel or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, AR for this onsite position.
