As the Restaurant Manager, you will provide an exceptional guest experience, execute guest service standards, lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team, all while facilitating effective business operations, in conjunction with the General Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Restaurant Manager is a model of company culture by providing superb hospitality, authentic leadership, creative collaboration, and effective communication for all restaurant operations.
Day-To-Day
- Identify guest needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Train and develop team members
- Provide floor presence and support during service in any restaurant department
- Maintain a sense of urgency
- Engage with guests in a friendly, inviting manner
- Work with the leadership team to motivate/elevate staff as a unit
- Assist with event coordination, set up and guest coordination
- Assist with responding to event inquiries
Administrative
- Assist with all FOH ordering needs
- Attend manager meetings and disseminate pertinent information to the team
- Use and knowledge of POS, both on the front and back end to update, and train other team members
Culture
- Coach and reward team – follow all company disciplinary procedures with fairness and provide positive and constructive feedback
- Provide performance feedback to team
- Develop and consistently take part in leading continuing education opportunities/staff training
- Create and maintain a positive and communicative relationship with coworkers
- Address/solve any conflict with fellow leaders in a productive way
- Enforce hygiene, uniform, and health & safety standards
- Follow an ‘open door’ policy
- Represent and maintain culture standards inside and outside of the restaurants
- Assist with onboarding of new team members
Other Duties and Responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Minimum 2 year previous management/supervisory experience in restaurant/ bar/ food hall venue
- Able to work nights, weekends and thrives in fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Driven to grow both the company and advance personal career
- Ability to stand/ walk for 8 hours at a time (with breaks)
- Ability to use voice for communication
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on occasion
- English-speaking
