The Opportunity
We’re looking for an individual to play a central role in delivering exceptional projects in our offset & digital departments. This position sits at the intersection of clients, sales, and production—owning projects from initial request through final delivery.
You won’t just “manage orders”—you’ll drive outcomes, solve problems, and ensure every detail is executed with precision. If you enjoy being the person who brings clarity, structure, and momentum to complex projects, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Own
- Lead projects end-to-end, from intake through production and delivery
- Serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, sales, and internal teams
- Build clear estimates, job specifications, and timelines that set projects up for success
- Coordinate production schedules and vendor partners to meet deadlines
- Proactively manage priorities and keep projects moving forward
- Anticipate challenges and solve them before they impact timelines or quality
- Partner closely with sales to support client relationships and growth
- Ensure every project meets high standards for accuracy, quality, and service
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and strengthen execution
What Sets You Apart
- 3+ years of experience in print production or account management / customer service
- Strong knowledge of digital and/or offset printing
- Proven ability to bring structure to complex, detail-heavy projects
- Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and informed
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Committed to delivering a high-quality client experience
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM or print management systems
- Background working closely with or supporting sales teams
