Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling to promote our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized support and solutions
- Conduct data entry accurately to update client records, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in our CRM system
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette during all customer interactions to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales approaches and improve client engagement techniques
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to enhance their experience
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
Requirements
- Multilingual ability or bilingual skills, especially in English and other languages, is highly desirable
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments with a focus on outbound calling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience handling cash transactions or cash handling procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Knowledge of call center operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
