Duties
- Carefully fold and organize clean laundry items according to company standards and procedures
- Operate garment care machines such as industrial dryers, washers, and dry cleaning equipment with precision
- Handle textiles and materials safely, including heavy lifting and the use of push carts for transportation
- Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of work areas by following safety standards in production environments
- Assist with sorting laundry based on fabric type, color, or cleaning method to optimize processing efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols related to manual handling, chemical use (such as laundry detergents), and equipment operation
- Support the maintenance of proper documentation for laundry services, including tracking items and quality checks
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with cleaning, laundry processes, or textile handling is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting heavy loads and operating push carts
- Basic math skills for measuring detergents, understanding weights, or managing inventory records
- Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure a safe workspace
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on garment care and sanitation practices
