As a Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while performing preventive vehicle maintenance services.
Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience

Perform oil changes and other preventive maintenance services

Educate customers on recommended vehicle maintenance services

Work efficiently while maintaining service quality and safety standards

Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service processes
-
Collaborate with team members to achieve operational and sales goals

Learn multiple positions within the shop and assist where needed

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Willingness to learn automotive maintenance procedures

Ability to follow processes and safety standards

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Must be at least 18 years old

Valid driver's license required
Previous automotive, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.
