The Part-Time Youth Care Worker plays a vital role in supporting the daily care, supervision, and positive development of adolescents in our program. This position is responsible for monitoring youth behavior and activities, maintaining regular communication with schools and child and family team members, assisting with homework, supervising recreational and social activities, and documenting daily progress and incidents. The Youth Care Worker also provides guidance and support during regular household routines to promote a safe, structured, and nurturing environment.
This position works 6am - 11am, Monday - Friday.
